Buying online

You should find everything you need to know about the piece you intend to buy on its product page, but you are welcome to ask any questions.

Sometimes colour is not accurately presented by some monitors, but every effort has been made to make the picture as accurate as possible.

Buying a handwoven piece

Each piece we weave is individual and bears the imprint of its maker’s hand. No two items are ever exactly the same which highlights the beauty of a handmade item.

Delivery

Your order will be usually dispatched within 3 working days using a First Class Royal Mail service. This should arrive within one to two working days.

Returns

For whatever reason, if you would like to return an item, and receive a refund, please let us know within 14 working days of receipt.

The return must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn and undamaged. Please note that you will be responsible for the return postage and it is recommend that you send it by a secure, tracked service and keep the proof of postage.

Customs fees and duties

If you are outside the United Kingdom, please note that there may be customs fees and/or import duties for you to pay on items shipped from the UK.
